Administrator Assistant

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the CLEAR Project in order to ensure the efficient operation of the project and of the organization.

Social Media Specialist (Pacific Northwest)

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for building and optimizing our social media presence, leveraging best practices to drive both organic and paid engagement – as it pertains to the Pacific Northwest project. The role is responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, managing the social media advertising budget, overseeing the social media content calendar, and acting as the primary liaison with paid influencer partners.

Creative Producer/Writer (Pacific Northwest)

The Producer/Writer will assist to ideate, plan, and creatively coordinate editorial video projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a producer, video writer and project manager. The Creative Producer & Writer will work with video, social, and editorial teams to help execute video features for desktop, mobile and social that meet business goals.

Development Associate (Pacific Northwest)

The development associate will work with Family Bridges Development team to implement a donor engagement model in the Pacific Northwest that will ensure the programs are self- sustaining. The Development Associate will work with local partners and affiliates hosting pop up events on behalf of the project and monitor communication plan among all partners involved.

Job requirements include:

  • Cultural background: Fluent in Spanish and deep understanding of Hispanic culture through own experience or immersion in the culture for several years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
